Food & Drink
The kitchen is center stage in our 155-seat restaurant and bar, and our chefs are the masters at work. They’re bringing the borders of Southern France and Northern Italy together in our modern wood-fired fare. The menu puts a contemporary spin on Riviera to Riviera style. Indulge in thoughtfully prepared seasonal specialties built to pair perfectly with our extensive list of old-world wines and craft cocktails.
Wednesday through Saturday, 5pm -9pm
Descend into Simmer Down to find something entirely new. Located in what was once known as “The Money Room,” you’ll now find classic cocktails with a luxurious edge. The room has been reimagined into a high-style affair by bringing opulence back to the space where furs, silks, gold bars and coins were once stored. The craft cocktail lounge features the original brick ceiling and a room-spanning mural with a vivid narrative conceptualized, illustrated and hand painted by the brilliant Reverend Michael Alan.
Roof Top Lounge
Perched at the penthouse level is Wilmington’s first and only Rooftop Bar & Lounge. Take in a new side of the city with one-of-a-kind views of the adjoining courtyard, the steeple of the Old Town Hall and beautiful sunsets. By day, The Rooftop will operate as a lounge and workspace. By night, we’ll be serving up light fireside fare and expertly crafted cocktails.
Tuesday through Saturday, 5pm - 12am
The Quoin Café
Indulge in artisanal coffee and a selection of sweet and savory pastries made fresh in-house daily at The Quoin Café. Read, chat and relax amidst historically restored windows and hand-blown leaded glass partitions. Ample light floods the space, highlighting the antiqued La Bastille zinc bar and mirrored seating area which is draped in upholstery from Soane Britain. The Quoin Cafe is open daily for hotel guests and locals alike.
