Group Reservations

At the Quoin Restaurant, all groups of 10 or more are offered either a two or three entree group menu served family style. Our group menus give guests an opportunity to try multiple menu items in a social festive atmosphere. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are available upon request.

The Quoin offers a fun combination of hotel rooms for wedding guests, a welcome reception on the rooftop bar, a semi private rehearsal dinner in the restaurant, or an after party in either Simmer Down cocktail lounge or the rooftop bar. Simmer Down

Wilmington’s cocktail lounge was once a money vault but is now a well curated cocktail experience with a fireplace, vaulted brick ceiling, custom painted wall mural and cozy well appointed lounge furniture. Simmer Down does not take group reservations on busy Friday or Saturday nights.

Ideal for birthday parties, corporate happy hours, wedding after parties.

Event FAQs

Yes! At the Rooftop, we take reservations for groups of 10 or more with a $45 per person minimum for a 2 hour reservation. You are also welcome to walk-in without a reservation.

The Rooftop can accommodate 35 guests seated inside, and 50 strolling. In warm weather months, the Rooftop patio can accommodate an additional 65 guests for a total of 100 guests inside and outside.

At The Quoin Restaurant, we take reservations for groups of 10 or more exclusively using our group dining menu. We offer a two entree option for $75 per person or three entrees for $95 per person which includes Butter Lettuce and Dessert. A 23% service charge applies to all food & beverage.

Yes! The Quoin offers a buy-out schedule for the Quoin Restaurant, the Rooftop Bar and Simmer Down. A buy-out

is a food & beverage minimum spend. A 23% service charge is added to all food & beverage. The Rooftop Bar & Simmer Down have a $2000 food & beverage minimum per hour.

Yes. Rental rates average $500-1000, to accommodate set-up and clean-up.

The Quoin is surrounded by self parking on Market Street and behind the building. We also offer valet for $20 a car for the evening and $40 for hotel overnight guests.

Yes, we love weddings! We are offering a $185 per person wedding package which includes a 4-hour bar package, champagne toast, appetizers, and two entrees plated or strolling stations plus 23% service change. Rental rates and daily food & beverage minimums apply. You can bring in your own wedding cake with an applicable $5 per person cake cutting fee.

Yes, the Quoin Restaurant Terrace and the Rooftop make an amazing ceremony location! *Ceremony only in conjunction with a reception, a Rental Fee would apply.
