The Quoin offers many opportunities for companies to host a variety of events, from an afterwork cocktail reception on the Rooftop bar, a celebratory dinner in the Private Dining Room, or a special celebration in the restaurant following with an after dinner drink in the Simmer Down cocktail lounge.

Group Reservations

At the Quoin Restaurant, all groups of 10 or more are offered either a two or three entree group menu served family style. Our group menus give guests an opportunity to try multiple menu items in a social festive atmosphere. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are available upon request.

The Quoin offers a fun combination of hotel rooms for wedding guests, a welcome reception on the rooftop bar, a semi private rehearsal dinner in the restaurant, or an after party in either Simmer Down cocktail lounge or the rooftop bar. Each side of the space offers semi-private dining options for group reservations. During the warmer months, the outdoor terrace provides a charming setting for any occasion.

Simmer Down

Wilmington’s cocktail lounge was once a money vault but is now a well curated cocktail experience with a fireplace, vaulted brick ceiling, custom painted wall mural and cozy well appointed lounge furniture. Simmer Down does not take group reservations on busy Friday or Saturday nights.

Ideal for birthday parties, corporate happy hours, wedding after parties.
